Our Vision

To be a beacon of transformative teacher education in Assam, we are dedicated to prepare culturally-rooted, socially conscious and professionally skilled educators. It is our aim to nurture reflective teachers with multidisciplinary knowledge, technological skills, ethical values and a deep understanding of India’s rich cultural heritage and to equip them with 21st century competencies, committed to inclusive and quality education inspired by the transformative spirit of the National Education Policy 2020. Thus we pledge to uphold the educational landscape of Darrang, Assam and to reach beyond the region through innovation, integrity and community engagement. Our graduates will be empowered to transform school education, promote lifelong learning and contribute meaningfully to build a vibrant and sustainable society.
